Position Summary: 

This position requires a dependable, detailed, hardworking individual responsible for the accurate receiving and processing of various types of Communication & IT Products as well as the processing of warranty claims, credits and returns in relation to a diverse range of product. This position also has the responsibility of being the main support contact for all products and orders in relation to our IT Solutions Group.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

All areas of responsibility listed below are essential to the satisfactory performance of this position, with reasonable accommodation, if necessary.  Any non-essential functions are assumed to be included in “other related duties as assigned”:

  • Responsible for the accurate assignment and completing of customer orders for equipment, accessories and supplies.
  • Responsible for the accurate processing of warranty claims, credits and returns in relation to a diverse range of product daily.
  • Working directly with several different Loffler vendors ensuring warranties/returns are processed in a proper, timely and efficient manner.
  • Handling the return of leased and off-lease product in a timely and accurate fashion.
  • Maintaining the process set in place for tracking all relevant orders, warranties and returns.
  • Dedicated and responsible for being lead contact for all products and orders in relation to our Loffler Information Technology Services Department.
  • Work collaboratively with Loffler warehouse with daily functions as assigned.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications/Requirements:  

  • Great organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Good customer service skills dealing with internal and external customers.
  • Team orientated individual.

         

Education/Experience:

  • Knowledge of methods and procedures pertaining to the processing of warranties, returns, credits as well as the distribution of a variety of parts, supplies and equipment.
  • Inventory control and processing.
  • Quality computer skills with experience in Excel and Loffler’s current OS (e-Automate) a plus.

  • Must be able to lift 50lbs.

  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
