Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage cases including ongoing timestamp conversation records with repeated and timely contacts until fleet is correctly reporting in software.
  • Identify source of network problems and troubleshoot using intermediate level knowledge of networking and software fundamentals including IP and DNS identification, SNMP profiles, API connectivity and basic firewall structure.
  • Respond to miscellaneous customer issues: billing issues, supply orders, service.
  • Coordinate appropriate internal and external resources.
  • Utilize Loffler’s networking tools, including Connectwise; Printvision (other DCA tools) Imageware, Vcare, and other vendor-specific applications to track device performance.
  • Basic troubleshooting for printer and copier issues, (Canon, Konica Minolta, Xerox, Lexmark, Hewlett Packard) including networking, drivers, software issues, goal is to solve customer issue remotely.
  • Processing supply requests from clients on the phone or submitted electronically.
  • Assist with the RFP process if necessary.
  • Responsible for understanding, staying updated on, and abiding by the Employee Handbook as written.
  • Other Projects as assigned.

 

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Minimum of two days in office.
  • Experience and a proven track record in this industry is preferred but not required.
  • Experience in network maintenance preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency Microsoft suite (excel; power point; outlook; email).
  • Strong Time management skills.
  • Strong follow-up/follow-through skills.
  • Superior customer service and communication skills, both orally and written.
  • Works well under pressure and achieves deadline while managing multiple tasks.
  • Ability to effectively deal with highly complex, confidential, and sensitive information.

 

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university preferred but not required.
  • Experience and a proven track record in this industry is preferred but not required.
  • Experience in network maintenance preferred but not required.
